Our Hearts Are Receivers Attracting New Waves of Consciousness Created From Thought

Updated: May 30, 2020

One of my favorite books that inspired this post! <3

Our thoughts are only a byproduct of our energetic state. We are receivers, attracting thoughts based on the energy we are emitting and the emotional state we’re residing in. Thoughts are just floating by in the ether, they are not ours, they are not us at all. They are a collective consciousness we tap into unconsciously throughout the day, based on how we’re feeling.

To attract and call in new thoughts and streams of consciousness we have to understand and balance our emotional state. If we want more loving thoughts about ourselves and others we have to FEEL more loving.

The Thinking and Feeling Loop

"As you think different thoughts, your brain circuits fire in corresponding sequences, patterns, and combinations, which then produce levels of mind equal to those thoughts. Once these specific networks of neurons are activated, the brain produces specific chemicals with the exact signature to match those thoughts so that you can feel the way you were just thinking.

Therefore, when you have great thoughts or loving thoughts or joyus thoughts, you produce chemicals that make you feel great or loving or joyful. The same holds true if you have negative, fearful, or impatient thoughts. In a matter of seconds, you begin to feel negative or anxious or impatient.

There's a certain synchronicity that rakes place moment by moment between the brain and the body. In fact, as we begin to feel the way we are thinking-- because the brain is in constant communication with the body-- we begin to think the way we are feeling. The brain constantly monitors the way the body is feeling. Based on the chemical feedback it receive, it will generate more thoughts that produce chemicals corresponding to the way the body is feeling, so that we first begin to feel the way we think and then think the way we feel."

Chapter Three (page 57): Overcoming Your Body from the book Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself by Dr. Joe Dispenza

{I have a blog post reviewing this book, find it here: https://aemigyb.wixsite.com/mysite-1/post/how-i-lost-my-mind-created-a-new-one}

We have to generate and cultivate the feelings we wish to experience more of by first observing our thoughts and then taking action to redirect and refocus back to our desired feeling every time we notice we’ve “wandered” we “reel” ourselves back inward.

As we teach ourselves how to move inward we become the directors of our thoughts. We begin to put them together like a collage to create the desired “vision”. When you don’t “catch” your thoughts you’ll begin to feel undesirable emotions. Those emotions arise as a resistance to the new level of awareness that is taking place.

Heavy emotions can make us feel weighed down and unpleasant, but these feelings that you’re experiencing are not “wrong” and they are not “bad”. They are old “debris” coming up to be released so that you can create more space; mentally, emotionally and energetically to receive your new state of consciousness. Recognize them and remind yourself that they are not you. As soon as we begin to identify with our thoughts and emotions, the more “stuck” we seem and the more bound we feel.

By detaching from our thoughts, emotions, body and environment we enter into a state of unified consciousness that allows for our energy centers also known as our chakras to expand, align and draw in new energetic downloads. We slowly upgrade our DNA and repair the nervous system.

Thoughts are generated from our belief systems. What we believe are the thoughts we will attract and receive. If we believe the world is a bad and scary place we will continue to generate those thoughts, embody those feelings and produce an outcome that reiterates and ingrains the said belief.

In order to attract new waves of consciousness we must upgrade our belief systems. Our belief systems are created in early childhood, where we observe, learn and behave in ways that are being modeled to us from our caregivers and environments.

The brain is not just something we’re born with to survive, it is an immaculate and extremely intelligent mechanism. It is sort of like a “computer”, it is a processor of information and it is programmed by our senses and awareness.

All that we absorb in early childhood becomes the driving force behind every action we will take. If we act in ways that harm or destroy ourselves and others this is because we learned it from observing our guardians. If we speak in disrespectful ways, to others or ourselves, it is learned behavior taught to us by the people around us influencing our actions.

The mind can be upgraded, our belief systems can be changed, but it requires us to go back to our childhood, back to our family patterns and investigate our motives. As we do this sort of internal research, as we observe our thought patterns and behaviors we get the opportunity to create anew.

We have to see where our behavior stems from in order to recognize it and then decide and create a new behavior that is more in alignment with who we are and what makes us FEEL GOOD. Because in all honesty; you should feel good, in your body, heart and mind. That is your birthright.

The mind cannot be reprogrammed by force, nor can it happen overnight, it requires stillness, concentration, determination and above all else; patience and compassion. It cannot happen if you’re trying to “control” the process, or trying to “get out” of your current emotional or mental state. It can only happen when we surrender to the information that is being processed, seeing it as data, rather than as our baggage to carry and letting is pass by with ease, just like the clouds in the sky. We can’t capture the clouds and hold them hostage, so why should we do that with our thoughts and emotions? We must learn to accept, detach and let them go so that we no longer feel so attached to what is out of our control.

In a society that is ego driven, we want to believe that our thought patterns have no effect on others or the world at large, but we are thought, all of Creation is a thought. Thoughts are energy, they are waves of light that move like electricity in the brain. New waves of consciousness can alter the brain, this is also known as neuroplasticity that allows for our brain to change continuously and be more adaptable throughout our lives as we process more information from our experiences and environments.

New thoughts literally reshape the brain. When we reshape our neurons our nervous system and DNA is also upgraded and reshaped. What happens when we upgrade our thoughts is; we are shifting our energy field. Our thoughts either strengthen our auric field or they dilute it.

{For more on this check out my blog post "Transforming DNA" here: https://aemigyb.wixsite.com/mysite-1/post/transforming-dna}

The more our energy is diluted with strenuous thoughts the less supported we feel, the weaker we feel; energetically, mentally, emotionally and physically. The more we strengthen our minds, the more we begin to feel stronger; energetically, mentally, emotionally and physically.

Just as we can talk ourselves into being sick and tired, we can also use it to talk ourselves into health and vitality. Your voice truly does matter. Not just your vocal exerted voice, but most importantly your inner voice.

If you don’t like the way other’s talk to you, practice listening to your own inner voice. How we perceive others talking to us comes from our own internal awareness of our voice. If you don’t like the way others treat you, look at how you treat yourself, they are your reflection.

If you constantly neglect yourself, by not taking care of your health; mentally, emotionally and physically, you will attract others who treat themselves and you in that same manner. This is because of your belief system.

Most of us believe that we just attract certain jobs, relationships, and circumstances into our lives for “no reason”, that Life is just happening to us, that we have no control. That is an illusion, created by a societal belief designed to keep us bound to toxicity and consuming unconsciously as a way to numb us from feeling, from being in our hearts and our POWER.

If you’re in a place in your life that is less than desirable, you got there on your own, by the actions taken from an unconscious, preprogrammed and conditioned mind. But you don’t have to stay in that state. You have the power to free yourself.

If you want to be free, and I am most certain that that is what your soul desires, then you must BELIEVE you are free and then behave as if you are free. When we free our minds, we free our emotions, when we free our emotions we heal our hearts and when we heal our hearts we strengthen our energy field and from here we “ascend”. When we ascend we transform and when we transform we help others who are still bound by the delusion of entrapment.

Slavery is a state of mind. We can all be free, free from pain, free from death, free from hatred, free from suffering, free of violence, free of judgement, free of shame, guilt and fear, but not until we believe it, not until we believe it so much that we become it. Freedom isn’t something we receive, it is something we are. When our head and heart are aligned and working together as ONE, we project that unity onto all of Creation.

ree

Of course it is important to remember that these “awful” acts of violence or pain and suffering, unpleasant emotions and experiences will still continue to arise, but when you’re no longer attached to them in your mind, they will never be able to “touch” you, defeat you or affect you in the way they once did. And that is when you’re free, when what used to keep you bound now liberates and expands your soul.

Thank you for reading!

Love and blessings, Ashley <3
