Father God in heaven, I pray to you today with all hope in you. I ask that you would be a shield for my heart & be a defense for my mind. Help me to be victorious in this spiritual battle, Lord. I am a fearless warrior in you & because of you. You have defeated death & the devil & I can walk with confidence in your victory, Jesus. I pray for your gentle & lowly spirit to be a safe place, my silent shelter where I can draw near to you & find rest for my soul. I pray for your Holy fire to wrap me in a warm embrace & repel any demonic entities. I give you all authority over my mind, body & soul to cast out all uncleanness from my vessel, Lord. Wash me clean with your pure blood, make me white as snow & cleanse my sins with your holiness. I pray for your strength in my weaknesses today, Lord & I ask that you would uphold me with your righteous right hand. Direct me on the narrow path & establish your plans for me. Give me the eyes to see your ways & the ears to hear your beautiful voice guiding me. I pray for the Holy Spirit to come upon me with healing & restoration. Rebuild my life, Lord. I lay down my life at the foot of the cross & let your will be done. I surrender control to you & let you lead me. I put all my trust in you & cast my anxieties about my future onto you, for I know that you care for me, Father. You are a faithful God & a promise keeper & I know that you stay true to your word. I pray for your wisdom & for the discipline to apply it to my everyday life. Help me to be more like you, Jesus & less like me. I want my life to be a reflection of who you are. How can I be a better disciple? How can I serve you today, Lord? I pray for your discernment & ask that you would help me to test the spirits. Be a firm foundation for me to lean upon. I place all my emotions in your hands today & let you handle them with your gentleness. I pray for a spirit of boldness to proclaim your name & for a spirit of meekness to do it with grace & humility today. I pray for this nation to be reconciled back to the Triune God, that you would come upon America & bless us with your goodness & your glory. Burn up our adversaries & rebuild our foundation on your beloved Son, Jesus Christ. I pray that you would break every curse of witchcraft & sorcery & that you would redeem your children. Call them by name & remind them that they are fearfully & wonderfully made in Your Image, Father. Remind them that you reign above it all, that you are near & that you are listening to their prayers. I pray that you would reveal yourself supernaturally & that you would bind up the brokenness of this country & save it from utter destruction. Send Jesus soon, Father. We need our King to rescue us & restore what has been stolen, killed & destroyed by the enemy. I pray that our redemption is drawing near & that we would see your face shining upon us all & bringing us home to be with you for eternity in the Kingdom of Christ. I pray that you would give us time, that more souls would be reconciled to you, through Jesus. & I pray that you would continue to move through us & use your people to glorify & honor your name & who you are. I pray everyone gets a chance to know you & be known by you. Your understanding is unsearchable & I pray that you would give us a taste of your grace, Lord. Have mercy on us & forgive us our sins, Father. Thank you for calling me home & giving me eternal life in Christ. I will never be able to thank you enough for your unsearchable riches, they are the light of my life, leading me closer to you. I love you Lord. With all my heart, all my soul, all my mind & all my strength. I pray this all in the beautiful & mighty name of Jesus Christ.
Amen.
“If I say, “Surely the darkness shall cover me, and the light about me be night,” even the darkness is not dark to you; the night is bright as the day, for darkness is as light with you. For you formed my inward parts; you knitted me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works; my soul knows it very well.”
Psalm 139:11-14
