Welcome to my space here,
This week you are cutting out toxic shit from your life. In particularly when it comes to your diet & what you’re putting in your body. Some of you are being guided to detox your life & your environment. You are receiving signals through your body to make changes, but you may be resistant to this because your diet is habitual. Your eating habits are affecting your mind & body. Your gut is your second brain & is in constant communication with what you choose to consume. For some of you, this is challenging you mentally & emotionally. You may be dependent on food as a sort of emotional support & this is causing you to unconsciously eat to distract yourself from your uncomfortable emotions. Your body is speaking to you through aches & pains, bloating, rashes, itching, inflammation, breakouts, IBS, diarrhea & constipation.

You are ready to make these changes in your diet as well as in your mental habits & how you care for yourself emotionally & physically. You may need to incorporate a mild form of exercise. Mindful Movement will benefit you this week. Whether you do a gentle yoga flow or some stretching before bed & when you wake up or a peaceful walk in nature. Some of you will need to take it up a notch & really break a sweat by doing some cardio to help you clear your mind & revitalize your body. I see that some of you are stuck in dense energy that is distorting your perception of self & you’re only seeing your negative attributes. Reconnecting with your body this week through movement will help you feel loved & cared for. You’re desiring more support & it starts by supporting your mind & body through your diet & through exercise.
Others of you are being called to practice intuitive eating. This is a great way for you to form a healthy relationship with food & your body. Practice noticing when you’re full & when you’re hungry. Use self discipline to discern when you’ve over eaten & be gentle with yourself if you tend to over indulge or binge as a way to soothe yourself emotionally. Some of you are struggling with an eating disorder. Could be binging or it could be a form of starvation that you’re using to punish yourself for unresolved childhood trauma. Others of you are struggling with your body image this week & it could be causing you to overeat as a way to distract yourself from your negative thoughts about your body. Your mental health is important this week. What you feed yourself internally will manifest externally.
Keeping your intention clear this week, to focus on your health in mind, body & spirit will allow you to have boundaries energetically. Eliminate stress this week as some of you may be stress eating as a way to deal with the chaos & conflict you feel internally & may be experiencing externally. As you place boundaries with yourself it will help you assert your boundaries with others that may be the cause of your stress. Some of you are needing to be discerning in your work environment. You may have people that influence you heavily & it could be causing some unnecessary drama that is leading to making unconscious choices that result in you feeling depleted & low energy.

Your intelligence comes from your higher mind, which is different from your reptilian/survival mind. Your higher self wants to communicate with you & it does this through the crown & third eye chakra. These chakras can be affected my toxic environments, negative dialogue & from outside sources like TV, music, magazines & social media. Your chakras may be blocked due to your environment & your dietary choices. Eat blue & purple foods this week to work with these chakras. Blueberries, grapes, eggplant & raspberries. You can also wear purple or blue or get creative with these colors in some way. The more you clean up your diet the more your higher self can reside more fully in your body. Invite your higher intelligence into you with food from the earth & with mindful eating. Connect with your sensations. Especially when you eat. Pay attention to how the food you eat makes you feel. For example; when you eat fast food you may feel heavier in your body. If you eat a bowl full of fruit & some veggie your body will feel lighter. Eat to raise your vibration, expand your consciousness & develop your intuition.
For some, your relationships are being affected by your desire to change. Your partner may want to “hold you back” or “keep you stuck” to keep you bound & entrapped in their energy. They may feel threatened by your healing abilities & want to ridicule you or make fun of you for making changes. Do not take this personally. Stay present & in your own lane. Haters will always exist, but if you can choose to place your focus on how you want to feel, you will always create balance & harmony. No one can disturb you mentally or emotionally if you’re in charge of your own thoughts & feelings. Don’t be fooled by others toxic behavior. Stay focused on creating your own balance.

Overall, your psychic abilities are strengthening & the more you modify your diet to support your mind, body & spirit, the more you will feel connected spiritually. You will feel a shift taking place in your consciousness as you purify yourself with foods that aid mental & emotional well-being. You are tapping into your intellectual intelligence that is assisting you on your souls path. Your higher self is guiding you to new healthy habits that will improve your quality of life. Your Spirit wants you to thrive in your human vessel, to take care of it with what you choose to consume. Your dietary changes will transform your relationship with your mind, body & food. You will no longer see yourself or food in the same way.
You are fueling yourself with nutrients that uplift your energy & that leave you feeling lighter. You are focusing more on how you feel in your body, rather than how you look to others. Your self perception is becoming more & more clear as you detox your mind, body & environment. Your relationship dynamics are shifting as you take personal responsibility for how you feel & that also includes what you eat. You have a vision for yourself & your health & you’re not allowing outside influences to distract you from aligning with that version of yourself. Old toxic patterns & relationships are going to fall away as you stay focused on your immaculate image. Cut out the bullshit & use your intuition to guide you forward. Your self discipline to improve your diet will certainly improve your life!
