Honor Your Pussy, Change the World

I have always disliked the word “pussy” mostly because it’s used in a way that demeans the feminine energy. We call people pussies as an insult, like it’s a “bad” thing, when in all reality the pussy is a sacred gateway & should be held at high esteem. I think highly of my pussy & I think all women should. If more women practiced this, more men would too. Since birth we’ve been taught to cover our naked bodies & shame our genitalia, both male & female. This has disconnected us from our god/goddess energy & it has cast a shadow on our creation energy. It is my belief that if we began to normalize, celebrate & hold a high honor of our sexual energy & genitalia we could see a massive decrease in sexual abuse.

Children have a natural tendency to touch their genitalia as they are developing. They only sense, they have no logic. It feels good when you touch yourself & this makes the child excited (full of life force energy) & curious. Most parents slap their child’s hand away or tell them ‘no’ or shame them for having their hand in their pants. This creates a wound in the psyche & a disconnect from the part of us that is literally a portal to the Divine. Without our genitalia the human race would not exist, so why are we shaming creation?

I have been touching myself since I was a little girl, I’ve always had a lot of sexual energy & as children we are not taught how to properly expel this energy. Nowadays I still pleasure myself but I also I use dance, writing, painting & jogging. But back then I would hump the furniture, & most often I would touch myself for self soothing, especially before bed. My sexual energy is how I tame my ego & relax my entire body. Growing up in a home that was filled with chaos & conflict most of the time, this was a way that I felt safe, I was with my angels. It connected me to my higher self, although at that time I didn’t know or understand it, it just felt good & helped me to rest & relax because I felt safe in my own body.

We can use masturbation for creating our reality. How, you ask? Learn how to cultivate the feeling of masturbation while visualizing what it is you desire. You can reach this feeling through meditation, prayer, music, breath work, yoga, dance & tantric practices. Or you can literally touch yourself while you visualize what it is you want. Is it unorthodox? Hell yes! Does it work? Definitely! I’ve been practicing this for over a year now & I’ve felt enormous shifts in my sexual energy, my creation has flourished & my connection to the Divine has deepened. It feels like I’ve come back Home, I feel safe in my body again.

Doing this will bring up a lot of ancestral healing. Especially if you have a religious background or sexual abuse in the bloodline. It will bring up past sexual trauma whether it be your own or your relatives & it may be from this lifetime or past. A lot of fears will arise as it is something we have been conditioned to shame for generations. But what I’ve found as I’ve moved through the unlearning & relearning process is; I’ve never felt more powerfully & profoundly connected to myself & God. I was so disconnected from my own sexual energy, I literally feared that aspect of myself & created blockages, which created illnesses in my physical body, such as being barren in past lifetimes, PCOS, my womb felt cob-webby & it was full of fear & trauma. It was also what was preventing me from accessing my highest potential, from accessing the part of me that is God. If we all began to look at our sexual energy like it is God we would create a whole new relationship with ourselves. If we began to see our intimate moments with our partner as making love with God, how would relationship shift? How much safer would you feel to truly open yourself up to go deeper into the relationship? It’s intimidating to be so lost in the love of God when you’re intimate with your partner, so a lot of people don’t go there because the feeling of being consumed by love like that can make you feel like you’re suffocating if you’ve ever been hurt by love. As soon as you began to see your hurt & past pain as God, as Love, then you can allow yourself to dive deeper without panicking or pulling away or self sabotaging what you truly want, but also fear at the same time. It’s a risk to love deeply, to love others & ourselves so intimately that we blur the line between separation. To come to a point where there’s no longer a he or she only a we & we dance in unison. It’s a threesome with God & you feel safe & supported the entire time. It’s only weird if when we have never done it before, but that type of connection is what it truly means to make love, not what a majority of us have been taught, experienced or seen. Sex has been distorted for so long as a way to make a profit & it has created false beliefs around, love & relationships, including the most important one, the one with ourselves.

Our sexual energy is our most powerful energy & so many of us are shaming it or using it for self gratification. Our society has distorted our sexual energy & it has created a traumatic wound & a massive disconnect in this country. It is our responsibility to acknowledge this & do our part to shed light on it. To bring it out of the darkness & heal this deeply ingrained societal belief. It is uncomfortable to talk about, but it’s time we step out of our comfort zone & start making shifts to create a new society.

I encourage you to tell your children how beautiful & sacred their genitalia is daily & teach them how to respect & honor it as a portal to the Divine. I also encourage you to talk about your sexual experiences with people you feel safe with, to celebrate your sexual relationship & to release the unconscious shame you hold around your sexual energy & genitalia.

An easy practice for healing this; touch yourself & compliment your genitalia, tell it how much you appreciate it & how beautiful & magical it is. Try doing it with your partner. Truly feel the beauty of creation & let it flood your entire being. Don’t just get off, but relish in the euphoria. Reconnect with the energy you were created from & bask in your divinity.

So while it can be intimidating to be with a woman who truly values her pussy & sexual energy it is also worth it because it unites you with your one true love, God, the maker of your soul. Because the pussy is a portal to the Heavens.

If you have trouble going that deep with yourself or another, work on healing your heart. Our heart is the key that unlocks our sexual energy. If we’re not having sex with our hearts then we’re misusing our most powerful tool for change. Be conscious of your sexual energy, value it & honor it, especially if you want another to.
