Day 9 of 31 Days of Prayer

{Personal Entry} 10/9/22

Father God in heaven, I pray to you today & ask that you would draw near to me, come closer to me & give me your peace that surpasses all understanding. I pray for your strength to uphold me & that you would guide me in your righteous ways. I pray that you would cover me in the blood of Christ & protect me from evil, Lord. Help me to stand firm in my faith & withstand the schemes of the enemy. I will take up my sword & use it against his wiles, Lord. Equip me with your armor, Father & I pray that you would shield me with the fire of your holiness. Send the helper of the Holy Spirit to counsel & comfort me today so that I can stay rooted & grounded in love. I pray that you would continue to minister to my heart & help me to grow in you vine. I pray that you would tend to the fruits of your spirit within me & that they would produce a hundredfold for your kingdom, Lord. Be the potter & mold my heart of clay into the woman you want me to be. Shape me so that i can become more like you, Father. I want to be a vessel for the Holy Spirit to move through & to work through. Help me to labor in love for you & use my time wisely. Time is moving so fast lately & I want to be sure I’m making the most of it while I’m in this body & in this life. Use me to glorify your name. Give me the courage & boldness to proclaim the gospel & reconcile souls back to you, Lord. I want to serve you & I need you to help me be more disciplined in my discipleship. Help me to become more self-controlled & patient when it comes to reaping what I sow. Guide my steps through the unknown, go before me as a forerunner. Direct my steps & give me the confidence to move forward with trust in you & your ways. Let your light shine before me, Lord & lead me not into temptation, but deliver me from evil. Cleanse me if any wickedness & make me holy & pure, like you are, Lord. I want to be your virgin. I want to remain pure for you, Jesus. Help me to resist the flaming darts of  lust & make my thoughts holy & clear. I need you to be a stronghold for me to cling to so that I can be an anchor of hope & healing for others. Let my works bring honor & glory to your name, Lord. Use me to bring your children home & I pray that all of heaven would rejoice at there entrance. I pray for the repentance of all sinners & that they would be healed & revived by the supernatural power of your grace. Have mercy on all the souls who have wandered off into myths & have led others astray & taken them captive by empty deceit. I pray that you would extend your hands to them & redeem them, Father, like you have me & I ask that you would have mercy on them & unveil their faces to reveal your glory & I pray that you would show them the light & truth of the gospel & they would be transformed by your word & their minds would be renewed. I pray Father, that you would come upon us, as a nation & bless us with your mighty presence. Make yourself known to us, Lord. We long for your return. I pray for the reconciliation of the body of Christ & that we would all return to unity in the name of Jesus. Forgive those who have sinned against you, Lord. Show them your goodness & bring them into a godly grief. I thank you, Lord, for all your works. I am so grateful that you are the same today, tomorrow & forever. Thank you for being unchanging & for sending your one & only son, Jesus, to die for our sins & set us free from eternal death, Father. You are so good to us, even though we don’t deserve it. Thank you for paying out debt for us & giving us a second chance to be your children of light again. You are such a merciful God & I pray that everyone would get a taste of your living water & feel the fountain of joy that pours out from it. It truly is refreshment to the bones & healing to the soul. Thank you for having mercy on me & delivering me from the pits of hell. Thank you for binding up my brokenness & making me whole. You are my rock & redeemer & I am forever thankful for your love, Lord. You have continued to love me with an everlasting love & I am a new creation because of it. & I will praise you forever. I pray everyone would come to know you & be known by you, Father. I love you with all my heart, all my soul, & all my mind. I pray this all in the beautiful & mighty name of Jesus Christ.
