Day 6 of 31 Days of Prayer

{Personal Entry} 10/6/22

Father God in heaven, I pray to you today & ask that you would sanctify me, prune away what is a stumbling block to my growth in your vine, Lord I pray that you would take away all that is keeping me from coming closer to you. Please help me to let go of what no longer produces the fruit if your Spirit. I pray for your sanctification through your word & your truth. I ask that you would bring me through this season with less emotional baggage & you would help to lay down my emotions at your feet & pick up my cross & follow you, for your ways are right & trustworthy. I put my trust in you, Father. I don’t know what my future holds, but I know the one who holds my future. I put my hope in your hands & let your will be done, Lord. You are my Maker & my Savior & I want to walk in your ways. I want to become the woman you created me to be. Help me to be shaped by your Image of me, Father. Mold me with your righteous hands & fill the cracks in my broken vessel. Bind up my brokenness & fill my deep & empty well with the living water of your Holy Spirit, Lord. I am thirsty for you & I am hungry for your words. Speak to me today. Incline me to hear your voice & to obey your commands. I pray for your peace today, Lord. Surround me in the shadow of your wings & bring me into safety. Be a rock for me to stand firmly. Help me to strengthen my faith & give me the patience to continue to learn & lean on you. I pray for your courage to boldly proclaim the gospel & ask that you would continue to minister to my heart & teach me your precepts, Lord. I pray that you would quench my thirst & satiate my hunger, Jesus. I put on the full armor of God & I pray for your discernment to withstand the schemes of the enemy. Guard my heart & shield my mind. Help me to fix my eyes upon you & your kingdom today, Lord. I need your to help me resist the temptations of unclean thoughts & I set my mind on things that are above, on things that are holy & pure, like you, Jesus. I pray for your self-control to uphold me & lead me on your narrow path. I pray that no weapon formed against me shall prosper & that you would be a refuge where I go to seek comfort & counsel. I pray for your help to put my trust in you. Please reveal yourself to me. I want to know you & be known by you, Lord. Thank you for never letting me down & for always listening to me. You have given me a place to rest my head & to lay down my burdens. You’ve given me so much more than I could ask for & I want to praise you today. I am so grateful to know my Creator. Your works are so beautiful & you’ve helped me to see myself in a new light. Thank you for making me in your image & for leading me back to you when I was lost. You’ve shown me what it’s like to be truly loved & for that I will love you forever. You are my confidence, Father & I stand tall in my faith in you & I pray that you would soften the hearts of those who doubt your existence. I pray that you would reveal yourself to them supernaturally & that you would open their eyes & minds to the Truth of who you are. I want everyone to know you & how amazing your grace is. I thank you for your mercy & forgiveness, Lord. I love you with all my heart, all my soul & my mind. I pray this all in the beautiful & mighty name of Jesus.
