Day 25 of 31 Days of Prayer

{Personal Entry} 10/25/22

Father God in heaven, I pray to you today with a vulnerable heart & I ask that you would hold me today in your warm & living embrace. Be my anchor of hope & help me to carry the weight of my heavy heart. I pray for your peace to abound as I grieve the loss of control. I surrender all of me to you & I give you all authority over my mind, body & soul for you to work through. Holy Spirit, bring your healing. I let you in & I let you lead me on the paths of righteousness for your namesake, Lord. I pray for your clarity & guidance when it comes to the direction of my life. I know that your plans for me are higher & greater than I could ever imagine & I trust in you & your ways today & let your will be done, Father. Establish my steps & reveal your plans for me. I pray for your strength to be perfected in my weakness & that you would be my firm foundation for me to stand on. Be my Rock & build me up with your righteous right hand, Lord. You are the builder of my life & I will be upheld by your great works. Continue to help me grow in my faith & in your vine. Help me to produce the bountiful fruit of your Spirit, Father. Lead me not into temptation, but deliver me from evil. I pray for the self-control to withstand the temptations of my flesh. Discipline me, Father, so that at the right time I may reap the bountiful harvest of peace. I ask that you would give me patience as I continue to learn your precepts & I pray for the discipline to keep working towards knowing you more through your word. Give me the spirit of boldness to proclaim your name, Lord & give me a spirit of gentleness to do it with loving-kindness. I pray for your faith to move mountains, Lord. I know that with man, things seem impossible, but with you, I know that all things are possible. Help me bring honor & glory to your kingdom, Father. I want to display your wonderful works in my daily life. I pray that you would use me to represent who you are. I want everyone to know how good you are & to get a taste of your living water. I pray that anyone who is thirsty for the things of this world would get a chance to be filled with your mercy & grace & they would no longer hunger & thirst for their flesh. I pray that your thoughts would mingle with mine & you would use my creative & spiritual gifts to magnify you, Jesus. I pray for the reconciliation of all your sons & daughters & that you would use me to bring them back into your kingdom. How can I better serve you today? How can I expose the darkness & shine light on who you are? Use my testimony to glorify you, Lord. I want to share my love for you with others. I want others to know you & be known by you. I want them to worship your for all eternity. Thank you for giving me your steadfast love, Lord. I am so grateful for your light in my life. You give me hope & joy that ever ends. I love you, Lord. With all my heart, all my soul, all my mind & all my strength. I pray this all in the beautiful & mighty name of Jesus Christ.
