Capitalism Consciousness & Why You're Feeling Burnt Out

In childhood we’re supposed to be given the opportunity to discover who we are and what we are here to become, but not all of us had that chance, and so as adults we have to CREATE those opportunities for ourselves. We have to carve out the time to get to know who we are, beneath the conditioning of our upbringing and our environment,

We have to make our Self Discovery a priority. Because if we don’t get to find out what makes us feel strong and happy and purposeful and valuable we will most certainly depend on that to come from outside of us. We will put our on wellbeing in the hands of another. We will outsource our Power and then feel fucking depleted, exhausted and lifeless. We will feel like “All of This” {Life} is meaningless and we will in fact, sell our souls in order to reap some sort of “pleasure” for being here.

When you did not get the opportunity to create your joy, to find out what ignites your Spirit, that makes you feel alive, you will struggle with this feeling like Life is working against you. That it doesn’t want to see you thrive and succeed, and feel truly fucking alive, but it does, it wants all of that fot You. But we also have to meet it halfway there. We have to do our part and our “part” is to Discover, to explore more of what makes us happy and healthy and aligned.

Because when we take the initiative to do our Part, Life starts reflecting it back to us. Sure, it’s going to be in unexpected ways. And maybe sometimes in extremely challenging or uncomfortable ways. But it is through these times in our Life that we get to Discover what we’re made of. Our difficult experiences uncover more of our Divinity. We get to see how truly capable we are of overcoming things we never thought we could. That’s the beauty of Self Discovery.

Because Self Discovery is equally as terrifying as it is “enlightening”. To view your Self as whole instead of seperate to Life. To see your Self and Life as One, totally opens your mind to opportunities that at one time may have felt like a difficult {shitty} experience. Now, it becomes a chance to discover, to explore, to uncover more. Our Souls are limitless, which means our expression is unlimited.

One of the most beautiful things to me is; that we, as humans, only know just a tiny fraction of who we are in totality. Meaning, not just our identity as a human -- our age, race, gender, culture, upbringing, etc., -- but our expansiveness as a multidimensional Being. There are so many different facets to who we are, yet we limit ourselves in so many ways, all day long.

For example -- time. We use time as an excuse to limit out joy, or our peace. We hardly ever “make the time” for those experiences and when we’re feeling worn out or sad we use the excuse that we don’t have enough time to create those experiences. We use time as an excuse to not be what we want Now. Instead we search for it in everything except within ourselves.

It’s like we forget that we have all the power. That we are the Creators of this Life. That we get to choose how we feel, and one of those ways we do that is by consciously choosing how and where and when we spend our Time. When we begin to use time as a Tool, because remember, Time is a Illusion, it is a man made construct to create order, which is perfectly fine, there’s no need to “demonize” time. But using time as a tool will help you utilize its creation to discover more about who you are and why you are here.

Too often we search for these answers in another, rarely do we Create the Time to go within. To Listen to our body's wisdom, to listen to our heart and to follow the voice of our Soul. Instead we Listen to the voices inside our mind, the conditioned part of our Self. The part of us that wasn’t created by our own Self Discovery, but by the voices of the Outside World.

Our environment will always subconsciously create our belief system in the external world. If we believe we are unsupported, that Life is working against us, that is certainly what we will create in our experiences. Rather it is the lens we will perceive our Life experiences through. And no matter how often Life tries to reach out and support you, you will always perceive it through that “Life is against me” filter and never seize the opportunity for Self Discovery.

When your perspective shifts to see Life is working out for me always, in all ways, that Life and you are One, that you’re on the “same team”, your sense of support will be birthed from the inside out and now you will perceive every experience, whether it be challenging or celebratory, as a blessing, as an opportunity to discover more of who you are and what you’re capable of experiencing.

From this new perspective a whole new belief system will be created and that will reflect in your experiences. You will see and sense and feel the support, the love, the acceptance, the assistance. You will feel the security of your Divinity {timelessness} merging with the connection of your Humanity {relationships} and through that connection to your Soul all your relationships become vehicles for more Self Discovery.

Through our humanity we get to explore our divinity. We get to meet ourselves over and over again through each other. That’s the beauty of Humanity. That when deeply connected to your Divinity you can witness the uncertainty of Humanity and still perceive the Divinity behind it all, revealing more of who you are. I believe that it is through our relationships that we discover who we are, that we get an opportunity to face our Self. Whether we “like'' what we’re witnessing in another or not, that we can perceive All through the filter of Love.

When you practice viewing your Self through the lens of Love, through the filter of Divinity, you can’t help but to project that perception onto everything you come to experience and through that filter you see your Self more clear. It’s no longer clouded by judgements or doubts, or insecurities or lack. Everything you witness is drenched in Love.

Love is reflecting off everything your eyes come in contact with and your Belief System, it’s solidifying this, it’s forming like a new foundation in your mind and before you know it, there you are, surrounded and supported by Love, by your Self and you can’t help but give it away, to share that infinite Love that lives endlessly inside you. To give and give and give and as you do, you can’t help but receive and receive and recieve. So, now, you are endlessly receiving and you never feel tired and when you feel empty, you fill your Self with more thoughts and visions and voices of Love. You become your own Lover, you’re own caretaker and your own supplier. You are an endless receptor of knowledge and you can keep Learning more and more about who you are while you are here.

We get to discover more about our Humanity through our connections with others and through our Divinity we get to discover more about who we are as an extension of Spirit. Through our Soul we can relate to our fellow humans with more empathy, understanding, compassion, connection and Love. We can see that through our Humanity we are so very different from one another, but through our divinity we see our sameness, our oneness.

We are all just different facets of the Whole with the beautiful opportunity to discover and express our Self individually. To be One with our Souls is to be One with All and when we are One with All, we are eternally connected and supported beyond time and space
