A Sword

I’ve found that my greatest defense against the enemy is the Word of God. For so long I was out there (in the New Age Spiritual Community) trying to fight a battle with my own strength, with my own words, with my own will. Truthfully, it was getting me no where. I still felt a constant attack taking place, spiritually, mentally & emotionally. I was trying to fight fire with fire, rather than extinguishing the fire with the water of baptism in the name of Jesus Christ.

“& take the helmet of salvation, & the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God,”

|| Ephesians‬ ‭6:17

As soon as I put on the whole armor of God, with His Word as my sword & the peace of the Holy Spirit as my shield & the Son as my guardian, my protecter, defender & redeemer, I was saved from the attacks made against me by the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places. I see now that the reason I was such an easy target for Satan to aim after, is because I was naive, I was worshiping my self as some powerful force that could “walk around” doing whatever I pleased, with absolutely no consequences, because I was the “god(dess)” of my own reality.

New Age practices had me entering into states of consciousness & unprotected realms of Creation that were putting me in harms way, they were actually delivering me directly to the devil himself, rather than delivering me from it & all the while I was being spoonfed this lie that I was doing it for the sake of “unity”, to bring “peace on earth”, to create balance & harmony, to “save” humanity from darkness as a “lightworker”. These practices were very misleading & they left me unprotected & vulnerable. The perfect condition for me to fall under demonic oppression & satanic persuasion.

“Finally, be strong in the Lord & in the strength of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil.” || Ephesians‬ ‭6:10-11‬

The NASC is a cult that is luring vulnerable people into satanic traps by using false light to entice them & promise them “power”, “supernatural abilities”, “miracles”, success, riches, a “following”, a “family”, healing” & so much more. It’s all very intriguing, especially to the senses & especially to a large group of people that have been traumatized (neglected/abandoned) — physically or emotionally — by their parents in childhood. Essentially what’s happening is; these same childhood wounds that were created in homes with dysfunction are being given a “new home” by feeling part of a “community”, but they’re unknowingly (like I was) being lead by dark forces, masked as “help”. The forces behind this movement, —that are happening very rapidly — want to be the “Savior” of the world, of The People, the signs in this New Age movement all point to this as the rise of the Antichrist.

Things like the Self-Help, Self-Love, Self-Care, Self-Healing, Self-Pleasure, Self-Trust are all part of a very specific & very intelligent, albeit evil, plan to lead people astray, to lead them into Self Worship, instead of giving up the Self to serve the one & only Savior of the world, Jesus Christ.

“But understand this, that in the last days there will come times of difficulty. For people will be lovers of self, lovers of money, proud, arrogant, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, heartless, unappeasable, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not loving good, treacherous, reckless, swollen with conceit, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God,” || 2 Timothy‬ ‭3:1-4‬

This “Self Help/Love/Care” movement is teaching young people to idolize themselves, to serve themselves, it’s playing out the same Self Serving behaviors they were taught by their dysfunctional (self serving) parents/leaders/elders. It feels like a great way to heal these wounds… the crystals & “zen” & world peace , & unicorns & rainbows & “create your own reality” in the “quantum field” is hypnotizing to those seeking refuge & respite & safety. It’s a false sanctuary to draw those who feel “homeless”, lost & alone, into the hands of a captor, Satan, the father of lies, disguised as Christ, as “light”. But it’s actually perpetuating the cycles of Self Harm, abuse, abandonment, oppression, slavery, neglect, & trauma.

“& if you forget the Lord your God & go after other gods & serve them & worship them, I solemnly warn you today that you shall surely perish.” || Deuteronomy‬ ‭8:19‬

These practices are actually inflating the Ego, rather than “healing” it, as the NASC will teach you & have you believing. These things are actually very sadistic & are leading to a more egocentric, ego driven, narcissistic society. That can easily fall under spiritual slavery & be trapped in spiritual bondage, masked as freedom & obedience to a false god (the Antichrist). I don’t believe that ALL of the people who are in this NA community are aware that they are doing & practicing & teaching these things to others, from a place of wanting to harm them, intentionally. I know that I wasn’t. But I do believe that because it’s so deceptive, it’s creating a lot of misinformation that is leading people further away from the True God, Jesus Christ, rather than closer to Him, through His Word.

“For the word of God is living & active, sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing to the division of soul & of spirit, of joints & of marrow, & discerning the thoughts & intentions of the heart.” || Hebrews‬ ‭4:12‬

In the NA, spiritually, has been twisted & distorted & it takes practices from the Bible intended to glorify God & turns them into self glorification. Things like Law of Attraction for example. It’s a complete rip off — not to mention, demonic — of having & practicing Faith, daily. It has you giving yourself credit for what you “manifested”, rather than giving credit to the Lord for providing what you needed. Or the practice of prayer being replace by “eastern/Hinduism meditation” to visualize your success & desired reality by transcending the ego & ascending to your “Higher Self” {there’s that word again, self} It all seems so helpful & innocent & pure & godly, but it’s all a lie. Remember, Satan is the father of lies. This was so hard for me to hear & to come to terms with because it was the basis of my entire belief system. I realized I was living a lie & that’s why I constantly felt under attack by forces of evil & calling it “shadow work” or “alchemy” balancing my masculine & feminine energies, or “dancing with the devil”…

“For many deceivers have gone out into the world, those who do not confess the coming of Jesus Christ in the flesh. Such a one is the deceiver & the antichrist.” || 2 John‬ ‭1:7‬

Now, instead of trying to fight this spiritual war with all these NA practices, like yoga, breathwork, meditation, chakra balancing & healing, visualization, energy clearing, goddess codes, quantum leaping, embodiment through self pleasure, empowerment through self healing…

I am simply going to Jesus Christ. I am putting on the full armor of God each & every day. I wake up & praise the Lord, I read his word, I study his scripture, I give thanks for his creation, I communicate with him through prayer & worship. I am submitting to him as my Savior. He is my shield & my sword. He is my weapon of defense.

“Do not think that I have come to bring peace to the earth. I have not come to bring peace, but a sword.” || Matthew‬ ‭10:34‬

He is all that you will ever need. He will heal you, he will guard you with his peace, he will protect you & he will bring you the pleasure you seek from self, he will bring you the love you seek from others (family) or your self. He will give you the help you seek from self or from the New Age Spiritual Community. He will bring you the safety & security you seek from dysfunction. He will provide you with the Home you’ve always needed, with the shelter you’ve always longed for. He is your refuge from darkness. He is the Light Worker. He is your Father & you are His Child. He cares for you because you are His Creation.

“casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you. Be sober-minded; be watchful. Your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour. Resist him, firm in your faith, knowing that the same kinds of suffering are being experienced by your brotherhood throughout the world. & after you have suffered a little while, the God of all grace, who has called you to his eternal glory in Christ, will himself restore, confirm, strengthen, & establish you.” || 1 Peter‬ ‭5:7-10‬
